Richland Transportation provides transportation to Delhi Hospital, Delhi Rural Health Clinic, and Delhi Community Health Center (including medical, behavioral, and dental).

Richland Transportation offers transportation to and from patient appointments. This includes transportation to medical, dental, mental health, and/or substance use disorder appointments. While on the trip, our clients enjoy a comfortable and spacious vehicle, while our driver provides extensive safety and hometown service that is tailor to our clients’ unique needs. Our transportation drivers have been trained to provide superior outcomes for the patients they serve and are here to break the transportation barrier to healthcare that many patients in our community face.

When requesting transportation, be sure to contact the transportation provider as soon as you can before an appointment. If you have many appointments, you can also request transportation to cover those appointments.

How to schedule transportation to your next appointment:

1. Schedule your appointment with your Provider.
2. Contact your Medicaid Transportation Service from the list below

Notify the representative of your next appointment and that you will need transportation. Transportation arrangements must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

3. Your Medicaid Plan will notify a transportation service of your appointment. The transportation service will make sure that you get to your appointment and back home safely.

How to schedule transportation to your next appointment:

1. Schedule your appointment with your Provider.
2. Call us at 318-878-6444 at least 24 hours before the date of your appointment.
3. We will pick you up for your appointment and bring you back home.

Patient pick-up and drop off times will be based on the driver’s daily route.
