Delhi Hospital proudly offers a assistance with getting the prescriptions you need to get well and stay that way.. This program is designed to help qualifying patients with their rising prescription medication costs.

Many patients find themselves not filling prescriptions they need due to the rising cost of prescription drugs. These patients may be eligible for Script Assist and discounts offered by pharmaceutical companies. With the help of your prescribing physician, you can apply with one of our patient assistance experts.

Who is eligible?

Patients who meet at least 1 of the following requirements may be eligible:

• Some or no prescription coverage offered by insurance company.
• Little or no income.
• Patients with documented financial hardship may be eligible for the program
