While it is impossible to know ahead of time which services will be needed to address each patient’s specific medical needs, these tools provide an estimate of anticipated charges.

We understand if you can’t pay the entire balance. To keep your account from becoming delinquent, speak with a customer service representative to arrange a reasonable payment plan. You may also apply for our Financial Assistance Program.
You can pay your bill conveniently online through our secure Patient Portal. You may also mail your payment directly or call to pay via phone.
The COVID-19 vaccine is free. If you have insurance, your insurance provider may be charged for the vaccine administration, but there will be no out-of-pocket cost for you. If you don’t have insurance, there is no cost.
