Adolescent Pre-Diabetes Prevention Program makes National Publication

CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Patrick Cowart & Team working on the Adolescent Pre-Diabetes Prevention Program for making the NATIONAL PUBLICATION, Rural Health Information HUB! We are incredibly proud of you and all the work you do.

The Adolescent Pre-Diabetes Prevention Program currently serves 21 Parishes with 39 High Schools in Louisiana by providing health screenings for all participating 9th-grade students, and repeat screenings for program enrollees. This past year, over 1,100 students received these screenings. Students also learn valuable health information.
