Jinger Greer is the current Interim CEO of Delhi Hospital. Ms. Greer has been employed with Delhi Hospital (formerly Richland Parish Hospital) for the last twenty-seven years where she has served as the Chief Financial Officer and as the Director of Resource and Program Development. She is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Grant Writer, and a Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. She received her Bachelor in Business Administration specializing in Accounting from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved Administrator, Mickey Carroll. Our community lost not only a dedicated healthcare leader but also a pillar of strength, compassion, and kindness.
Mr. Carroll wasn’t just an administrator- he was the friendly smile in the hallways, the comforting presence during tough times, and the person who made our hospital feel like family.
He was a true embodiment of our hospital’s mission of “Loving Hearts, Caring Hands, Dedicated to Life“. His legacy of care, dedication, and community spirit will forever resonate within the walls of our hospital and the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
