Dr. David Halinski is a board-certified pulmonologist, at Delhi Rural Health Clinic with over 20 years of experience in respiratory care. Born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, Dr. Halinski moved to Vicksburg, Mississippi, in 1998, where he has been dedicated to serving the community ever since.
Dr. Halinksi graduated from the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences, where he also completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care. His expertise spans critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and the treatment of conditions such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and sleep apnea. Dr. Halinski is well-versed in both routine and complex cases, offering personalized care for each patient.
As one of the few pulmonologists in the region, Dr. Halinski is excited to join the team at Delhi Rural Health Clinic, bringing a “breath of fresh air” to our community.
