Meet Dr. Joseph Enriquez
Dr. Joseph Enriquez, a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician, is now providing high-quality, personable care at the Delhi Rural Health Clinic!
Born and raised in Delhi, LA, Dr. Joseph grew up immersed in the community and hospital, where he watched his father, Dr. Jose Enriquez, serve with dedication and compassion. Inspired by his father’s example, Dr. Joseph pursued a path in medicine, earning his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Tulane University, completing medical school at the William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and finishing his Family Medicine residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Joseph was honored with the Daniel Mark Pogue, MD, Humanitarian Award, recognizing his compassion, humility, positivity, and exceptional bedside manner—qualities he brings back to the community he calls home.
He is thrilled to return to Delhi and is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with his patients while ensuring their healthcare needs are met with the highest standards of care. Dr. Joseph’s academic journey began at Tulane University, where he earned a degree in Neuroscience. He then pursued his medical education at the William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
